Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me get my on board graphics card working again.
I had installed a new graphics card and driver, NVIDIA GeForce 5200. After reseting my computer I found that it was not sending any signal out to the the monitor. I had set the Init. Graphics Adapter
Priority Int-VGA/PCI from PCI/ Int-VGA (Default)in the BIOS although this made no difference either way.
In the manual it told me to uninstall any old drivers so by right clicking the desktop/properties/settings/advanced/adapter/properties/ then from the drop down list device usage I selected do not use this device. I then reset my computer and now I have a blank screen.
I can't start it in safe mode and there's no signal coming from the graphics card or the on-board graphics card.
I'm not too sure what to do but friends online have suggested doing something with the CMOS jumper or reinstalling windows.
Any help would be great
