I'm in serious need of help. My child entered the pin to my administration account on my pc incorrectly too many times so now the only account I can access is the guest account. The email used for the administration account is my email that was hack and is now blocked as every recovery attempt as failed. I know the pin to my pc but the account will not show up on the log in page only guest. I've tried numerous things and even resorted to a factory reset but I can't do anything without the administrator access. I'm very upset and at a complete loss of what to do. I gave up on the email address but I forgot my pc was tied to it (and didn't expect my 8 year old to try and access it). Please tell me there is something I can do?
