Does anyone here have this laptop, im trying to get a copy of the recovery disc and drivers, my brother has this acer 6920G he had a problem with it which i knew how to fix, but a friend of his came along put a rogue copy of windows vista on and has over written the built in recovery and wiped all the drivers from this laptop. Any help much appricated

Get ahold of a copy of Vista, install it with the key on the laptop, phone in to microsoft when the activation fails, install drivers.
I have windows 7 installed on my 6920, and it works great. All the drivers are provided in the link i gave you. Keep it in mind in case you can't get a copy of Vista
