Make sure the volume control on the website is turned up. Did you install any audio or video codec packages that may be causing the issue?

yes the volumes are up and after realizing this problem I downloaded VLC and K-LITE . I have read on line, allot of people have had this problem. Earlier I found newer drivers and that did not work, some users of Chrome were blaming the .dll in one of the plug ins for the flash players for Adobe. This is a bumer:(

Everything should work fine without downloading the codec packages. I'm not sure what the issue is here. Unless you had a bad install. You do have the latest version of flash player?

also this is the one I had installed with the word "pepper".dll in it. Which I had read not to use. This is confusing lol

I would worry about getting IE first and then worry about chrome. Have you tried another browser like firefox or Pale moon?
