Acer Aspire M1100 .... any good ?

Ok... I currently have an Acer Aspire m1100

here are the specs for the computer ...

I am wondering if it would be worth my time to upgrade ( if possible ) this unit instead of buying a whole new computer to use as a HTPC ?

Well i can say that what you can do to improve is get extra RAM, blu-ray player, but i think that just for HTPC you should be fine.. but i would add the things above. How much do you plan to spend!
Do you have a projector or a big screen, might be worth investing into that for use for HT.
