Does anyone know anything about this desktop computer? I recently restarted it tonight after updating. When it restarted, it now only goes to the logo page with the.

coming on screen and no matter what I try it wont do anything else. Anyone out there that can help me? I tried calling Acer support and they charge for Technical Help at $50.00 per hour.

this desktop is only 14 months old and a good computer, any help would be much appreciated.

Try pushing F8 several times right at startup. If you can get into a menu with several options go to "Last Known Good Configuration."

This may undo whatever you did to your system.
