Acer Aspire Netbook-Very strange problem

You can scroll up and down on any page except when i'm on Facebook. Have been doing some reading and found other people with this problem and so far no solution. So it's not the netbook it's a Facebook problem. Can I purchase a regular mouse(or one that works with a laptop or netbook) to work with the Acer Aspire netbook and maybe that will fix the problem? Thanks for your help!!
 
Clicked everywhere. I click on the white block and it turns blue,put the cursor on it and it might move an inch and just stops. On every other site all I have to do is highlight the up and down block and just use the up and down arrows on the keyboard and they work perfectly. The only site that does not work is Facebook.With computers there always seems to be a glitch somewhere.This is why I was thinking of buying a netbook mouse and see if that would solve the problem. But i'm sure there will even be a glitch in doing that. Very Strange.
 
You don't need a special netbook mouse for the Aspire One, you can get use any USB mouse. Do you have one from another computer you can try or can you borrow one from a friend?
 
Problem Solved. I connected my mouse on the netbook and it was not fixed. Just for the heck of it I downloaded Google Chrome and everything works perfect. No problems with Facebook and the speed is where it should be. Taking your advice about the mouse i'll be buying 1 Sunday because it's so much easier to navigate with a regular mouse. Who would have thought by downloading Google Chrome that would fix the problem.
 
What browser were you using before Chrome, IE? Are you saying things work fine after installing Chrome even with your original browser or only when you use Chrome?
