That means all your windows keys are used up. What online activation do is to check the key you privide if it have been rigistered, if it does, it will returned with an erorr message to tell you get a different key. if the key you provide is known pirate key, it will tell you the copy of windows is not geniune and tell you been a victim so you can buy a new copy.
