Acer Desktop PC not Starting..

It is a ACER Desktop and one day started while mouse was unplugged.

ever since then when its booting it comes to a safe mode scan and that scan doing for ever ..
and i used to try restarting

finally its not getting to that screen. power button and keyboard are power up for a second then shuts down automatically..

Could any one tell me what should i do with this matter

Probably will have to do a diagnostic on the hard drive. What model of drive do you have?
