hello i have a acer extensa 5230 and the one of the usbs has broke of the mainboard so how should i fix this i.e do i need to get a new motherboard.if you need to know anymore then let me know

If its out of warranty you will have to replace the motherboard and thats gonna be expensive, so your basically looking at getting a new laptop. How many usb ports does it have? If you don't need it then I wouldn't worry about it. If you need more ports then just get a powered usb hub with 4 extra ports on it.
