Acer laptop turning off

Hello again folks, I am having an issue with one of my laptops. It is an Acer aspire v3 551g...My girlfriend has been using an intuous tablet with photoshop and it appears to be crashing consistently. It will run fine for awhile and then just crash randomly. The laptop seems to get very hot as well. I have had this laptop for a little over a year, and it is the worst laptop i've even owned. Any advice is welcome. Laptops suck! Once I get our desktop we're not looking back!

Its overheating. The cooling fans could be plugged up or not running at all. They might have to be cleaned out.

Update: She has been using it for the past hour with no issues after I took it apart and blew it out. I did notice the end of the heatsink looks plugged up with dust so I am going to get a can of compressed air and spray it out thoroughly tomorrow.
