I am trying to switch on an acer laptop 3660 aspire, but when i press the on button, a small orange light on the front flashes 3 times and nothing happens. what could be wrong? Also i have another laptop (same model) and i wish to replace the screen, are there any guides for how to do this?

As for your flashing light, that's probably an error code of some sort. I'd check acer's website for error codes for that particular model and see what it means. As for guides to take appart the monitor.... you're probably not really going to find any of those. When ever I look for that kind of stuff I've never come up with much. Just start removing screws and tugging at parts gently. Remember that those little rubber bumper pieces typically are stuck on top of screws too.
