Acer M1200 won't boot

I get a continuous beep, nothing on screen. Apparently the bios is AMI, and a continuous beep means it has passed POST.

Other sites seem contradictory or don't mention a long beep, only short ones.

All I have done to it recently is moved the tower so I could get the ethernet cable out the back for use on another machine. Last time it was used, several days ago, it was fine.
