acer travelmate 4050 motherboard

I want to get another motherboard as i want to upgrade the graphics but is it possible and which will fit.

My computer is a acer travelmate 4050

1.5 ghz
256 ram
40 gb hardrive

The only other motherboard you could get is one made specifically for that case. So, if Acer made another better model that used the exact same case, you could probably swap them out. However, you could probably find a whole laptop that's better for less than just the motherboard.
