Acer V3-351 powers on with lights only. No fans or display

I have here an Acer V3-351 that when turned on half the time, displays the on LED on the button and the lightbulb LED, but no fans, no other LEDs and no display. I had it working earlier today, but it's not playing ball today. It's becoming more and more frequent. Any help? Cheers

I'm no expert but it's not booting up seems like, can you locate the BIOS board and put in a new battery?, there is a coin type battery inserted in the board, it may be flat. If you Google your model and type in 'power on but nothing happens' or words to that effect there may be a solution there.
