acer wireless help ASAP!

hi,

I got my mother an acer aspire 3100 laptop for her birthday (which is tomorrow 10/03/07).

Anyhow, I need to know if it has built in wireless ASAP! I went to buy a card, but they tell me it already has built in wireless. I've never seen it, and I need to know for sure by tonight!

yep the one I saw has it and almost all new laptops have wireless built in

Yes it does... Kinda easy to figure out isn't it? Is there 2 computers on the bottom with an X over them and some waves over them? If so it's wireless... and Device Manage could help too.
 
Dont forget to turn it on :).

It took my mom almost 2 days to figure out why her wireless wasn't working. There is usually a on/off switch on the side or the back. Flip it on for her, she will think its awesom! (then tell her the secret trick)
 
All Acer Notebook have a sticker near the keyboard to tell you what they have inside the PC. So no need to check lah. you can also go to your control panel - network and sharing center
