Acronis True image home

Having an issue with acronis true image home that i picked up on the sale here recently, been trying to search google and the FAQ page without luck. I have a hard drive im trying to image , there is only 60gb taken up on it , however when i try to copy the drive in acronis it takes up 150gb+ space and says that it runs out of room. Is there any way of making it to where the image is only what is on the drive itself, im sure theres a way just cant seem to find it yet. any links or help would be much appreciated
 
I do believe the image file it creates is smaller then the actual size of the data being imaged. Sounds like you may have the settings wrong.
 
The way it should work is you select that you want to make a backup. Select the primary drive you want to backup. Then choose the destination drive you want to write the image file to. Don't bother compressing or changing other settings.
