Acronis True Image Question

Ok true image is great for backing up things and next month im going to get a new motherboard so ill be backing up my whole computer to an external hard drive using ture image but what happens after that? How do i restore it? If Vista has to be reinstalled and the computer is wiped clean then how do i restore ture image if the program is not on the PC? Do i access it through my external hard drive?

I'll be backing up and restoring my HDD using True Image as well. I'll let you know when I get to that stage.

You make a bootable CD. Download the Acronis True Image 2009 instruction manual.
