I bought that software to back my HDD up. And tech support walked me through it the first time.
Now, i need to back it up again cause i deleted it off the back up drive.
and i keep calling and there not answering...



Can anyone help me?

I think its called Acronis True Image.

True Image workstation right ?Well its kinda straight forward. i had it installed but i removed it.Could have helped u then.

ok i'll do this from my mind..
Go to OPERATIONS-->Backup then click next..after that it will ask u what to backup.file & folders or whole HDD..choose your option then click next.Choose what u will backup then next .Now it will ask u where u want to put that backp (destination)..Choose your location.Then comes the "backup mode".this depends on how u backup so this is your choice.OK after that is "BACKUP OPTIONS". you can just use default or Manual options (click it to see its option)..the following steps is as easy as hell .Just a matter of reading.Fairly easy.
