Actiontec modem is dead please help

so, it appers my modem stopped, working, i tried a hard reset, pushed the reset button, nothing, the green power light and dsl light just blink, sometime powerlight is red, so here is my question, I cant acces the setup page, either buy typing in its address, nothing , it makes me mad, i need to have internet, using open wifi in my area, if my actiontec is dead, can i buy a different brand, or a diffrent model, my isp is qwest and dont want to pay like seventy bucks for a new one,

uhh strange.....is your isp down ?? anyways if not just buy a new one man sometimes you just have to bite the bullet..or hope your isp is cool and replaces it for free like mine.
