No. ADB is only used for flashing system files. If you want to install ZIP files that contain ROMs, software, etc. you do that through TWRP.

Okay, you can also flash roms etc via Clock work mod?
ClockworkMod is an old recovery that is no longer kept up to date. Stick to TWRP.
