Add/Remove Programs

When i use the control panel to change/remove programs, the list does not give any tabs for this action, just a list of all the programs. This happened after the last Windows XP updates, or at least that was when i first noticed it.

Aren't you supposed to click the program and then choose what you want to do to it?

there is supposed to be a tab saying "change/remove" and this does not appear, so if even you choose a program to remove or change, nothing happens as there is no place to clikc.

Some don't have that, they have remove, but some don't have change / remove.
