adding folder while burning iso

im trying to add a folder to a cd when i burn an iso from my HDD to a cd/dvd. sence i cannot open the iso like a folder i have to burn the iso. but when i use nero to burn the image i dont get an option to add anymore content to the cd/dvd. doesn anyone know how to do this?

Download WinRAR... I think you can open .iso's like a Zip or RAR and add stuff with it.
