Alright. So i just got a dell inspirion b130. I have a small home network set up in my house. I have 2 on wire and one on wireless. I wanted to add my laptop to this network so i can use my printer etc. When i search for my laptop from my PC it shows it but says i cannot access it. I did tho however locate my desktop on my pc and im currently transfering pic's, etc. Im just wondering how i can make this work out..

you probably need to share the hard drive on your laptop, otherwise the desktop will only see it then when you go to browse the laptop from your dekstop it'll be like "but there is nothing there to look at" and will give some error, just right click ur c drive or what ever drive you want to share under my computer, click properties, then go to the shareing tab.
