Adding RAM

Hi,

I am very soon going to get an extra 2gb ram. I currently have corsair XMS2, timeing is i think 5-5-5-5-12. The next ram should have same timing right? Also, would it be better if I were too get that ram again, or is it ok if i would get OCz, which is what I was looking at? also, if they are different voltages does it matter?

getting the same ram will give you the best performance.
voltage differences in ram is the worst you can have.
then you'll have to run one stick higher than rated or the other lower than rated.
taking the same is always a +

I got ram with same voltages, checked what my mobo supported. i got OCZ platinum revision. the xms ram i had was too expensive. thanks.
