Adding Windows 7 to Windows 10

Hello,

I recently purchased a Lenovo H50 desktop computer which came with Windows 10 installed. I do medical transcription from home and was told my computer would need either Windows 7 or Windows 8 operating system in order to be compatible with the transcription software from my new job. Is there a way to partition the harddrive so I can run both operating systems and if so how would I go about doing this?

Thanks

Glenn

Yeah, you can just create a new partition and install 7/8 on it and dual boot it with 10, or just run a virtual machine (highly not recommended) or since it is a new PC and I guess you don't have much data on it anyway save some space by formatting the HDD and installing 7/8
Here's how to create a partition in case you don't know. It says it's for win 7 but it works on 10 too
