Adjust Fan Speeds

Ever since upgrading to Win 10, I have lost the utilities on my mb and gpu for adjusting fan speeds. I was wondering if there is another way to adjust them?

mb is BloodRage GTI LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX

gpu is ATI Radeon HD 4800 series

You can use the catalyst software to control speeds for the gpu. What did you use for the cpu fan/case fans?

the catalyst utility will not work with Win 10 with my graphics card. It only goes up to 8.

Right, but I wondering if there was another way to adjust the speeds. Not sure what or how but something else.

May no longer be an issue, since I will be replacing my graphics card.
