Admin. Password for XP

My wireless card is turned off in my bios and I don't know the Admin. password. Please advise! Thanks!

the admin password to the BIOS? if that is what you mean you can reset the bios which clears the passwords etc... there should be a jumper on your motherboard, if there isnt then unplug your PC and take out the small cell battery on the board.

seeing as its a laptop section there wont be a jumper i dont think... take off the keyboard and remove the battery, count to 10 and put it back in

not the battery for the laptop, the mobo battery

in some cases certain laptops don't have a cmos battery, they have a capacitor instead. You may pull out the power battery and un plug it and let it sit for a few days while it drains. If not, then you have a battery and you will need to access it on the motherboard. Some have access panels, and some are under the keyboard like mentioned previously.
