Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF files

I'm trying to print and read from a .pdf file that is not viewable at 100% zoom
but when at 400% it is visible. Is there a way I can scale it down so that it is visible but not really big when trying to view it cause at 400% every letter covers about an inch of the computer screen.

why u dont copy that file into a word document

Is it just at 100 or at 100 and everything after that up until 400?
