adobe cs3 web premium

yes i just finished installing the web premium csr and i entered everthing to get the thing activated and it worked then i logged out of everything and tried to log back in and evertime i try i get this

The local file on your computer that stores the serial number for this installation has been deleted please reenter the valid serial code to continue.

so i do so and the thing work i just have to keep reentering the serial code everytime i access any of the adobe cs3 program any help would be nice thanks a million
 
If you legal serial code, contact adobe support or attempt a reinstallation. If you don't have a valid, purchased serial, I'll have to close the thread.
 
thanks thats what i was thinking it is all legal just didnt wanna sit on the phone all day tomarrow trying to get this taken care of and my computer is a fresh build so i didnt know maybe if it was something i didnt do right thanks call them first thing in the morning
