Adobe Flash Player deactivates on every Windows reboot

Hi! I've been having this problem for a few months:

Whenever I turn off and restart my laptop (Win7), I can no longer view online videos, for example on Youtube. There's just a black box, nothing loads. I've had to go to adobe's website and re-download Flash Player every time. Then it works. Until I restart again. This happens every time I reboot my computer and I have no idea what to do.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks! :)
 
I would go to start>run>msconfig>startup and make sure Adobe is checked. If that does not work I would go to cnet.com and download walware bytes and run a scan for malware
 
I tried all these things but it makes no difference. Still just a black box when trying to watch a video. :(
