Can someone help direct me on how to convert a SWF Movie file to an HTML file?

ALso I am having problems with an action script on a website that was made with Adobe Flash(SWF Movie)

Im fairly new at this, I can give more details if needed.

There is no way to convert SWF to HTML file. The only way to show SWF movie file in HTML is using the <embed> markup.
