Adobe Flash upgrade

Hi

I'm trying to upgrade my Adobe flash player, but after downloading, and running the exe file, get the error message

can't run because slprt.dll is missing from this computer

I've tried several times with the same result

(I'm using the Mozilla Firefox browser)

Any help would be appreciated

Download the flash player uninstaller from here.

http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe

Then download the offline installer from here.

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

Thanks for that - I did as you suggested, flash uninstalled OK, downloaded flash OK, but when I went to install, I got the same error. Any ideas ?

Do you have any other adobe software installed?
