Adobe OEM vs. Retail.

Hey, I'm trying to figure out how this site is offering an $1800 software package plus printer for $900. I was linked to it by a reputable site, so I don't think it's a scam.
Is there a difference between OEM and Retail versions of Adobe's products?? Man, I want to get this, but don't want to get shafted out of nearly a grand :o

I'm not familiar with that site at all. "OEM" in this case is also a misnomer unless they are somehow linking it to the printer in the deal. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. I don't see how it applies. I don't recall Adobe ever offering OEM versions of their software outside of computer bundles.

IF it is legitimate, OEM usually has some restrictions. Usually you are not elegible for upgrades to future products at a discout. As in most OEM cases you are usually also restricted to a single machine install. In other words, once activated on a machine, that license is restricted to it.
