adroid/ubuntu usb?

hi all what i am looking for is a usb stick that i could plug into a computer and open a file and run android or ubuntu? i really dont want to go through the bios in orderr to do this. is there any way i can do this? cause the how to i have seen online say you have to boot from the bios in order to do this. Im kinda noobish in computers so please keep things simple on the how to's if this can be done.

You can burn the Ubuntu ISO to a USB drive but you would have to boot from it. There isn't anything that I know of that would do what you want exactly. Changing the BIOS boot order is not hard at all. On some systems you can just hit F12 and enter a boot device menu. Choose USB from that menu.
