Advanced system settings

I Have some problems with my blue screen and to fix that, I usually go to Advanced system settings and at Startup and Recovery and uncheck the option "Automatically restart" then I press OK, but the problem is I cant Press first the option Apply to click next OK, so the settings doesnt save properly, I've tried to save a settings at performance and only at visual Effects I can save something! for exemple at advanced , I cant change nothing In Virtual Memory.

What can i do? I think I run my pc in admin mode but if not I should get a message to get in Advanced system settings! I just need to click once and I go into there.

Pressing Ok is the same as Apply, it just closes the window as well.

If you're trying to get rid of the BSOD by unchecking that option it won't work.

for exemple I cant apply when i use msconfig -> Services and then Hide all Microsoft services.

what can i do help me!
