There's a few things I'd change. Firstly, I'd get a different board. You spend all that money on your CPU and RAM and GPUs and cooling etc etc and then you get a mid range mATX board? You want to get an ATX board for upgrades in the future. I'd suggest the GA-Z77X-UD5H or UP4 or UP5 for this build. That'd be awesome.

No offense jason, but the UP4 is cheaping out on a build of this caliber.
OP: If you wish to stay on the 1155 socket (stupid move), then get either the Sniper 3 or the UP7. Anything else is cheaping out. It is a stupid move to put all these high end parts together into a medium duty board.
I'd get a case with better cable management too. I'm not sure which kind of cases you're into, but the NZXT Phantom is my personal favourite.
That is a good call too. I would recommend the Blackhawk Ultra or 800d myself. The case is personal preference though.
WD Red drives are only 5900 RPM I believe, fine for storage I guess, but I'd get WD Blacks - much faster.
Reds are build for RAID arrays. If you want simple storage, get either the green or black, If you want to run them in RAID, get the Reds.

I sure hope you are completely bonkers, or are running eyefinity on 1440p. IF neither of the above, grab a 670/680 and put the saved money into some other part of your build.
Don't get me wrong. I am a big fan on a bit of overkill in a build, but this is overkill to the point that you are just wasting money. Even at 1440p resolution you don't need anything more than a GTX680.

Decent choice. an i5 is just as good for gaming. Better to have HT and not need it, than to need it and not have it. Certainly won't hurt.
Rubbish. These memories are far too much overkill, and are just gaudy.
All you need for gaming is 16GB. 8GB at a bare minimum, but 16 to have some breathing room. I suggest the Samsung RAM maily because it OCs like no tomorrow, is small, and cheap. You can not beat 16GB @ 2133MHz CAS 9-10-10-26 1T @ 1.360V for 79.98 shipped. (those are the settings I hit stable on my RAM without really trying.)
Other than that, look at Kingston Hyperx, Patriot Gamer2, Geil, Corsair, or G.Skill in a low profile format.

Why 2? 1 will do. 2 in RAID will be faster of coarse, but you will loose a bit of boot up speed to the RAID BIOS boot.
I would go for Samsung myself, but that is because they have been good to me. The 840pro is a decent drive. Intel drives are good too. Your call there.

These are all covered above. Get a green drive to go in teh enclosure.

Decent drive. Seagate is also fast and holds up well, while being cheaper.

Go for the most you will ever need right now. And I suggest a OCZ fully modular.

That coolder ranks above the RAM you choose on being gaudy. Not sure it performs enough to warrant the hey look at me style either.
If you MUST have Air cooling, then look at phanteks or noctua. Xigamatek also has good air coolers. If you want good cooling, look at the XSPC kit coolers. You will never come close to matching them on air, ever.
Decent mouse. Actually a fairly good mouse. Get it!
Do not get this keyboard. Look at mechanical keyboards with either MX black or MX red. They will last longer, and are higher quality units.
Speakers look half decent. Get a sound card to go with them. If you do not plan to get real speakers later, then something like a DX should be fine. If you want to get better speakers later, then look at something like the eClaro or STX.
I will add 2 more 690's more internal harddrives and such later on in life.
Why 2 more 690's? All you could use the 3rd one for is compute power. Would net 0 frame gain. That aside, 1 690 is far more than enough for any game out now or in the next 3 years or so. Right now, unless you have a crazy high resolution, it will be sitting there twittling its thumbs waiting on some work.
Hard drives, I would grab a couple 3TBs now and be done with it.
