Advice needed

Considering building new pc. A GeForce 6600GT is what's in my mind now. I saw GeForce 6600GT OC in store, and i know it's overclocked. But I don't think it's going to make big difference in gaming experience than a normal 6600GT? And I am wondering is 6600GT good for Battlefield 2? Its memory is only 128MB but Battlefield 2's recommended system requirements is 256MB.
Advices are appreciated.
 
No... I think the 256 Mb is for ram, not gfx card. The 6600GT is a very good card. OC won't make a diff. Get the XFX or evGA versions. If possible get a 6800 or 6800GT.
