advice on a MB please

Hey everyone, im new to this forum and a fairly new computer builder. I am starting up my first project PC and am i need of some advice. Im going with the intel i5 750 processor but cannot decide on the board that i want.

anywhere between $100 and $175. Im not looking to do any gaming. i just want to run my engineering programs without any problems
