Advice on a motherboard with onboard GPU?

Okay, so my GPU on my laptop is one of the crappiest you can get, intel integrated chip. The no anti-aliasing is what really sucks.

I was wondering if someone could recommend a laptop motherboard with a GOOD integrated chip for no more than $500? Preferably one with a GPU that will let me play sims 3 on medium settings with no lag and all EP's (graphically demanding game).

I'll probably ask for it for christmas.

(and sorry if I used any wrong terms or switched them up, I'm half asleep).

and that is compatible with these specs:

each laptob has a specially designed mobo to fit its internal parts, such as a dvd drive and hdd along with the wiring of the battery and the built in battery charger, due to this you cannot find a mother board to replace it and this is a useless attempt, but if you would be able to spend that on that, if you scrape together some money and tell your parents that you'd help in paying for it so you can get something worth it, then you could get something like a friend of mine who's laptop can play crysis on like 13--x---, idk but decent res for laptop, with decent setting, and things like black ops and other newer games, his was only 700 something for it, and if you go to newegg for christmas they should have a nice laptop that'll do all you want.
