Advice on laptop/tablet hybrid

Hello all, first post!

Just wanted to say that I don't know much about computers, but am willing to learn :)

I'm looking to buy a new laptop/tablet hybrid for the purposes of uni lecture notes, assorted organizational tasks and general fun. That means almost any of them will do, except I'm also a casual gamer, and would like my system to be able to run the next generation of fairly intensive games (Crysis, CoD, random FPS and strategy games like the total war series).

Is there any such model which can do this?

Nothing immediately comes to mind as having the horsepower to play games like Crysis but be casual enough to tote around...
