advice on mother board

im thinking of upgrading my cpu ram and motherboard. im getting a pentium d 940 65nm, with 1 gig of ddr2/533 ram, and the ecsp4m800 pro-m socket 775. i need to know if this board is good enough for the processor and ram and i f you think it will be dependable. im going for agp cause i have a all in wonder agp card. please tell me what you think. ijm trying to keep it under 80 bucks. thanks

A GPU for under 80? Uh...that wouldn't get anything too new. Perhaps something like a 9800?

i have a ati all in wonder tv tuner 2006, since the board supports both ddr and ddr2 ram and pentium d proc, do you think i should upgrade the ram from ddr (which i already have), to ddr2, any other bits of info on any topic would be great
