Advice on my planned out computer :)

anybody have an idea? It's probably a new feature on motherboards that I don't know about.. But there is nowhere on the motherboard that I an plug my http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16812183036 into

Should be a single IDE channel on that board to plug into. Right below your SATA connectors, to the left of your ATX connector. It appears to be turned in its side in the pictures on the Newegg site. No reason it shouldn't work. It plugs into the CD drive, right?
