Advice on this computer

Hey I'm using a site and I'm building a computer from there but I wanted someone to say is this build is okay, or if it will work okay.
I want a computer that will run recent games as close to top spec as I can but not spend over £900, so how is this build (sorry for the random sound/keyboard bits, just including them in case):

- Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit - OEM (GFC-00599)

- OCZ StealthXStream 2 700W Power Supply

- Onboard Sound Card

- OcUK Premium Aluminium 4GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive.

- OcUK 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM

- No RAID Option

- No Second Hard Drive Option

- Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM

- Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560Ti OC 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

- GeIL 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz VALUE PLUS Dual Channel

- Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H AMD 880G (Socket AM3) microATX DDR3 Motherboard

- Xigmatek Dark Knight CPU Cooler

- Stage 1: Overclock of CPU - 10% Overclock (Proceesor speed x1.10)

- AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 965 Black Edition "125W Edition" 3.40GHz (Socket AM3) - Retail

- Zalman Z9 Plus Tower Case with Fan Controller - Black

It's £830 all in all, so what do you think? Will it run okay and will it run games to come this year top spec (or close)?

Thanks!!

8 gigs of memory is too much. I would get this instead http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231303 It would save you some cash and is alot faster memory. That should leave you enough room to go ahead and get the new 6 core http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103849
It is alot easier to add another stick of memory than to replace a cpu for a faster one in the future. I realize you aren't in the US and won't be able to use newegg but I was just using that link so you could see what I what talking about.
