Advice on this Custom Desktop Im buying

Here are the specs
320gb hd
2gb ram
1.8ghz dual core cpu
radeon x1650 video card
windows xp pro

I want to run a fast League of Legends and some Runescape on high details.

can this desktop support this?

Im paying 200$ for it
 
processor is a bit ehh and graphics card isnt wonderful, you could fork out another 50 quid whatever that is in dollars, like 80 dollars? To get a better graphics card but it depends if $200 is your budget.

Yes you will.

Runescape uses pretty much nothing, it is, after all, a browser game. LoL, I've got someone in my clan with similar specs, only they have a P4, so if anything is a lesser system, and she plays League of Legends without any problem on low settings

I've been playing a little RS. Overclocked the integrated GPU and shared 256MB of RAM with it and RS is smooth as butter, with AA. an X1650 will also handle it just fine as I've had one of those as well, coupled with a P4 system.
