Hello, I am asking for some help for buying the laptop. My choises would be:

1) SAMSUNG NP350V5C-S02EE 15.6" i3-2370M 4GB 500GB HD7670M W7HP

2) Packard Bell ENTV11 15.6" LED WXGA / AMD A6-4400M / HD 7670M / 1GB VRAM / 4GB+2GB DDR3 / 750GB HDD / DVD SM / bgn/ 6 cell batt. / HD camera / Black / Win7HP(64-bit) / USB 3.0 / Ru kbd

3) Asus K53TK 15.6"/AMD Fusion APU A6-3420M,1.5GHz/3GB/320GB/AMD Radeon HD 7670

Would appreciate your help with the oppinions. I am looking for a best price and quality suit. Packard Bell seems a bit more powerful, but it has a slower core-duo cpu and by now it's not as stable in the market as samsung and asus are, so maybe it would be more problems when the battery goes down or maybe difficulties with other parts. So am waiting for your opinions, considerations etc. Thank you for your help.

the samsung will perform better. Personally, I would not have any of them. Business grade laptops are much better in every case.
