Advise on computer spec

I'm looking at ordering a new PC and have come up with 2 custom builds and was hoping to get some opinions on which spec is better. I am primarily planning on using it for 2D (Photoshop) and 3D (Animation, Modelling, Rendering and possibly Particle Simulation) work with the occasional game. There's only a slight difference in the price and the CPU and Graphics Card are the same in both, but I was wondering which would perform better, or things I should change. Also would an i7-4790 be worth the extra money compared to a i5-4690?

Thank you!

They are very similar. I would go for second one as the motherboard is better and I perfer that cooler master case then zalman z3. But second one only have 21.5" monitor.

And here is some other changes I recommend you consider

CPU: i7 4790K

RAM: 2 x 8GB. More RAM will benefit when rendering

Wireless card: get something with dual band if possible

Although I am running the whole Adobe CC 2014 suite with no problems on an overclocked i5 2500K and an old Radeon HD 5870, if you can spend the extra money on the i7 I would recommend it because you will see a performance increase in that kind of stuff, yes.
