adware.medload

I just got a warning from Norton stating that they have found adware.medload on my system. I attempted to remove it, and norton said that the removal was successful, but they're support website says i need to remove the registry keys I want to be sure that it's no longer on my system, so any help is greatly appreciated


Also, I have windows xp home edition, with all of the latest updates.
