Aerocool Modern-V Fan Controller

I have the Aerocool Modern-V Fan Controller inside my custom built computer, it was working fine until recently when I set alarm fan temps and speeds. I have a 3000 RPM 120mm fan in the back of the PC, which use to reach a top speed of 3000 RPM but now for some reason it will only go up to 2000 RPM. I have tried to reset the fan controller to factory settings but it still only goes up to 2000 RPM.

I am not sure how I can fix this, so if anyone could help me with the problem it would be much appreciated.

Fan Problem

Its got something to do with the fan consoler it seems to limit the fan speed to 2000RPM, instead of the full 3000RPM. I must of done something when I set alarm fan speeds and temps, but I'm not sure what.

If anyone knows how to sove this problem let me know! :) Thanks
