After market cases for Dells?

Are there any cases that are non dell that a dell motherboard(Out of a Opti plex 280) will fit into nicely? Iv done this before and it took modification and still want prefect.

Not without modifying it. The IO portion is standard ATX if I recall correctly, but that series doesn't use screws to mount the board to the case, thus it won't work in any other case...

Well the mobo i had, had a metal try i wond up drilling holes in that to line it up with the IO. It didnt come out well because i suck at measuring and drilling but i think this could still work....just asking tho.

I tried with something around that model. I mean it's possible, but it's not just a simple case swap like most current computers are. I mean a new Dell should work in any BTX case.
